Coastal Wealth - Whitby Edition
What happens when inland and coastal communities come together with a shared purpose?
We are bringing together families, young people, local residents and communities from across Yorkshire for an experience rooted in shared action, meaningful connection and collective care for our coastline.
Coastal Wealth is an SVH Inc. CIC initiative that brings inland and coastal communities together through volunteering, collaboration, conversations and a shared meal.
This Whitby edition (our second) is proudly delivered in partnership with Whitby-based Pizza Pals Community Pizzeria CIC (our hosts), Whitby Area Development Trust and Leeds-based Empower Her English CIC.
Supported by Yorkshire Housing, HADCA Power of 10, North Yorkshire Council, and Whitby Lobster Hatchery aligned with the Royal Commonwealth Society’s Commonwealth Clean Oceans Plastic Campaign.
