Theme of the Year: Boldly Elevating

Overview

2025 was a year of Bold Elevation. We refined our voice, and diversified our processes. While funding landscapes shifted, economic uncertainty persisted, and workplace wellbeing once again started being regarded as option with training and skill development being the focus, we boldly showed how workplace wellbeing can be woven into training and development, ensuring higher engagement, profit turnover, scalability and sustainability.

It was as challenging year, but looking back, we shouldn’t have expected anything less of the theme we chose. It takes courage and creativity to BE - Boldly Elevating.

Programme Delivery & Community Impact

  • Delivered 80 Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training places to individuals and teams, improving mental health literacy and workplace wellbeing. "98.5% of participants reported a 60% increase in confidence in handling workplace mental health crises"

  • Hosted 3 community events, including our standout International Women’s Day event “Rooted in Action” - a symbolic planting workshop and Conversation Café experience exploring growth, allyship and systemic change. - https://youtube.com/shorts/nMhb7YsICQg?si=DFcB17K_ydwyynGI

  • Our Wellbeing Awareness Calendar Offer continues to be well received

Client & Collaborative Work

We started the year with North Yorkshire Council’s Connect Over a Cuppa, delivering a leadership workshop for business leaders in North Yorkshire. This took the form of a planting workshop and Conversation Café titled Exploring Growth and Sustainability. Using planting as a metaphor, we explored the following questions:

  • What’s stopping you?

  • What does sustainability mean to you as an entrepreneur or business owner?

  • Exploring mindsets, redefining financial sustainability, and balancing long-term and short-term wins.

It was a wonderful way to kick-start the year.

Feedback from attendees can be viewed here:

We continued delivering MHFA training and experiential wellbeing events to clients and communities. A notable new client this year was AO Arena, where we supported leadership and wellbeing through an immersive, values-led workshop. Conclusion

2025 was the year SVH Inc. CIC proved that “Boldly Elevating” is more than a theme, it’s a commitment to resilience. In a climate where wellbeing is often sidelined, we showed that true sustainability only happens when people are at the heart of the process.

From Westminster Abbey to the coastal shores of Yorkshire, we deepened our roots and expanded our reach. We transitioned from service provider to recognised voice in workplace culture and community impact.

As we look toward 2026, we invite you to join us. Whether as a corporate partner, a community collaborator, or a supporter of our environmental missions, your engagement allows us to keep elevating. Together, we are not just growing; we are growing with purpose.
