Our retainer model is designed for sustained impact, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. This allows us to work closely with your organisation, tailoring our services to your unique needs. The pricing structure includes a monthly rate, with an initial one-off setup cost of £250, ensuring a seamless integration of our services into your workplace.

  • 2x Anonymised Employee wellbeing survey and report

  • 360 minutes Wellbeing Conversation Cafe (open to 80 employees, 10 - 20 employees per cafe). In person and/or virtual. Explore what themes you want to focus on. The primary aim of the cafe is to foster social engagement in a genuine and unforced manner, using different conversational prompts. 

  • Bespoke monthly Wellbeing Newsletter with helpful tips and advice

  • 15% discount on Mental Health First Aid Training

  • 5% discount on Away Day experiences at one of our destination partners - Allerton Castle, Castle Howard, Hazlewood Castle and The Grand, York.

  • 5% discount on individual DISC and Group Dynamics assessments.​

  • 20% discount on additional Conversation cafe hours.

  • Brand centred community initiative to promote employee social connection and ESG

  • 1-2-1 Conversations MHFA with employees with appropriate signposting and discrete report protecting confidential information shared

What To Expect

Month 1:

Initial anonymised employee wellbeing survey

Conversation Cafe (length to be decided by you; the client - 240 minutes broken into 2 or 4 sessions? ).

Report on wellbeing survey and conversation cafe which can note the following and anything else you want to identify:

  • Policies, strategies and benefits awareness

  • Temperature reading from staff - organisational culture

  • Individual and collective concerns

The report will include a set of recommendations which will signpost management to areas in need of concentration.

Month 2 - 5:

Conversation cafes (1 per month)

Provision of optional add ons - vision boarding / mindfulness / Promotion readiness / Leadership Development coaching 

Designing of Wellbeing Strategy / policy if requested

Delivery of emotional and cultural intelligence training (if on the Comprehensive package)

Planning and delivery of brand centred community wellbeing initiative / event (if on the Comprehensive package

Month 6:

Last Conversation cafe

Second Anonymised Employee Survey

Final Report which includes:

  • Qualitative and Quantitative data from all data gathered in the 6 months retainer period

  • Wellbeing progress since engagement

  • Assessment of job satisfaction, engagement, trust and organisational support

  • Key take aways from qualitative data

  • Comparable data and measurement

  • Recommended next steps
